Wherever possible approximate measurements are provided, however, they are not exact and there may be slight variance in colour or size since the jewellery is handcrafted.

 

All colour are reproduced as accurately as electronic processes allow.

 

Gemstones and other details may vary in colour from the product picture accompanying, due to the nature of such stones. We aim to show the best representation of each product, but differences in stones may naturally occur.

 

We reserve the right to amend the details and specifications of our products as necessary or to conform to any changes in legislative requirements of the countries we are serving.

 

We try to ensure that our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies or errors beyond our control.

 

All items will be supplied in our own packaging or branded packaging from suppliers.

 

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are available in AED (UAE Dirhams) and USD (US Dollars) 

 

The ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit card provider. For this reason we are not able to take responsibility for the final amount charged to your credit card or PayPal account.

 

Where applicable, delivery costs will be added to the total price of the goods.

Despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occasionally occur. We will verify and confirm pricing when processing your order. If a product's correct price is lower than the price stated on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product.

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

 

If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order before the order status is changed from “Order Placed” to “Order Accepted” we will immediately cancel the order, and initiate a full refund. If you cancel your order after order status is updated to “Order Accepted” the Returns and Exchanges policy applies to your order.

 

 

 

UNABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER

If for any reason we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you via email and initiate a full refund immediately.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Options for delivery are available and based on contracted local and international suppliers, they may vary depending on the place of delivery requested. We may have a promotion that includes free delivery and details of the promotion will be specifically mentioned on our website.

 

We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery, however, we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.

 

All our International shipments are insured, any local orders can be insured upon request.
